Accident in un concorde

Voici des compléments et des précisions à la suite du communiqué du BEA daté d'hier concernant l'accident du 25 July 2000 :
1. L'identification et l'examen des débris de l'appareil retrouvés sur la piste 26 de l'aéroport se poursuivent. La majorité des débris identifiés pour le moment proviennent de la partie gauche de l'appareil. On constate notamment la destruction d'un et peut-être deux pneus du train principal gauche, sur les quatre que comporte le boogie. A l'heure actuelle, aucun débris interne de moteur n'a été identifié. L'origine de l'incendie paraît-être extérieure aux moteurs, elle reste à déterminer.
2. Conformément aux dispositions de l'Annexe 13 à la Convention relative à l'Aviation Civile Internationale, la Grande-Bretagne participe à l'enquête en tant qu'État constructeur des moteurs (Rolls Royce - Olympus 593) et co-constructeur de l'avion. Trois enquêteurs de l'AAIB (homologue anglais du BEA), accompagnés de conseillers techniques de Rolls-Royce et de British Aerospace sont au BEA. Deux enquêteurs du BFU (Allemagne) et un enquêteur du NTSB (États-Unis) sont également associés à l'enquête en tant qu'observateurs.
3. Le CVR enregistre entre autres les sons du cockpit, c'est à dire les conversations entre les membres de l'équipage de conduite et avec le contrôle, ainsi que les bruits et alarmes éventuelles.
4. La rotation est le moment où le pilote cabre l'avion pour le décollage.
5. Les annonces relatives à la panne moteur et au problème de train sont des échanges au sein de l'équipage.
L'Annexe 13 à la Convention relative à l'Aviation Civile et la Loi n° 99-243 du 29 mars 1999, stipulent que l'enquête technique a pour seul objectif la prévention de futurs accidents ou incidents. Cette activité ne vise nullement à la détermination des fautes ou des responsabilités.
