Safety Hub
The BEA publishes safety investigation reports in accordance with its regulatory obligations and investigation policy.
These reports are accessible via the search engine (all types of operations) or via the direct link (commercial transport only).
In addition to safety investigation reports, the BEA publishes supplementary material for commercial transport aircraft operators:
- safety digests (summary sheet of the event including the scenario, contributing factors and safety lessons learned).
- YouTube videos (flight animation and/or lessons learned).
